Returns

We want you to love your Red Sun Therapy device as much as we do. Unfortunately, the wide range of benefits that red light therapy procures may not be immediately noticeable. If you have any questions concerning the dosage of light or the time for each sessions, please contact us. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Red Sun Therapy device, you have 60 days to return it with a money-back guarantee.

Red Sun Therapy devices come with a 60-day trial period. You can return your item for any reason (some exceptions apply) within 60 days for a full refund.

Here are the steps you want to take to ensure a fast and easy process:

  1. Returns will only be accepted within the first 60 days following the purchase.
  2. Once we have received your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Form to complete and send back to us. The form must be included with your return. Please keep in mind, we don't cover the shipping costs associated with the returned devices. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
  3. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 5 business days to process a refund.
  4. Once we issue a refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, credit card providers or any other payment providers.

Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day trial, which commences upon the purchase of the product. Returns shipped after 60 days following this event will not be accepted.

All orders must return to Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Exact return addresses will be provided by our customer experience team during the return process.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Return Shipping

All return shipping cost is paid by the customer. This applies to all domestic and international orders. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us. All returns must be received in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging. All returns received with missing components may be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the returned device is damaged in any way, the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender. 

All domestic and international returns are required to ship to our return warehouse located in Canada.  

If you purchased from a retail partner please return the item directly to them.
