International Taxes and Duties 

International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes that aren't reflected in our prices.The recipient will be responsible for paying these charges upon receipt of your order, at full price, including free gifts with purchase, and discounted pricing.We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Some countries may be assessed an additional handling fee for brokering these payments prior to delivery within that country.

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Red Sun Therapy) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
